Bulk Vinyl Labels/Stickers

This listing is a no frills, cost effective way to market your business by purchasing your product and packaging bulk vinyl labels/stickers.

Using a 1.3m wide roll printer, a full metre of your own artwork is printed to create customised stickers and labels. Your labels are then hand trimmed to smaller sheets to fit a mailing box. To make the most efficient use of the full width roll, final sheets may not all be the same size/contain the same number of stickers.

Vinyl Sheet Media:

• Arlon Matte (80 micron) with a permanent adhesive, durability up to 3 years.
• Arlon Gloss (80 micron) with a permanent adhesive, durability up to 3 years.

Suitable for use on many smooth clean surfaces including acrylic, wood, glass and ceramic. Some painted or plastic surfaces may not be suitable for use with adhesive vinyl.

Ink:

• Genuine Roland Eco Sol Max ink with a 6 colour printer.
• Water, scratch and UV resistance with three years outdoor durability (unlaminated).

Upgrade to A4 sheets:

If you have specific storage requirements for your sticker sheets, you can upgrade to have your sticker laid out on A4 sheets. You will receive 15 sheets of stickers when you select this upgrade option. Please note – due to the additional margins, your order will contain less stickers than the regular bulk vinyl labels/stickers order.

Artwork upload:

• Upload your high resolution artwork using the upload tab.
• Create your artwork at the size you wish to have it printed.
• Ensure all critical information is within the print and cut margins.
• PDF files can be provided with your own cut line (please refer to the Artwork Specifications link below).
• No crop or bleed marks required.
